All goods once sold are non - refundable EXCEPT for the following scenarios.
i) Goods were given wrongly to you. In this instance email to support@thesupplementhaven.com within 24 hours of your purchase date with your invoice number , name and contact number. There will be no exchange once 24 hours window is up and we deemed that you have received the correct item.
Please ensure that the items must be in good condition and have not been used. Any items that have been found to be tampered with will not be accepted.
