Payment :
In order for customers to enjoy a seamless shopping experience , our payment gateway is by stripe, paypal and paynow/paylah. You do not need an account with omise to make your payment.
Once you proceed to check out , you will be automatically directed to omise system gateway.
Singapore Customers:
Parcels will be dispatched within 1-3 business days once we receive the payment.
How long can you wait?
Due to our tight schedule , we can only wait for 5mins. A rescheduling fee of $5 will be incurred. So we do strongly suggest you do not miss your parcel.
If due to unforeseen circumstances like bad weather etc , delivery will be delayed and customers will be notified accordingly.
Do you accept self collection?
We do accept self collection at the moment.

Delivery Charge of $5 for orders below S$150 unless otherwise stated.

(i) Our Courier will deliver the parcel to anywhere in Singapore except no-go zones.

Processing Your Order
Our Fulfillment Team prepares every order with care. Most orders ship from our location quickly, typically within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed during large sales, promotions, product releases, and holidays may require additional processing time, which can be up to 1-3 additional business days.
We will be closed to observe the following United States holidays: New Year’s, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

We do not guarantee exact delivery dates. Shipping speeds can be impacted by a number of factors beyond our control. Customs checks, severe weather, supply chain shortages, and other challenges may result in unanticipated delays. We will not be held liable nor offer reimbursement for these types of delays.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
The Supplement Haven’s international shipping rates do not include duties, taxes, or import fees. These fees vary by destination and courier (see FedEx’ online calculator) and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery. The Supplement Haven assumes no responsibility for these charges. Please check your local laws for more information.
Tracking Your Order

If you do not see your order right away, please don’t be alarmed! Tracking information can take up to 48 hours to appear.
Once your order is delivered, we will send a confirmation message (email or SMS) to let you know!
FEDEX REQUIRED SIGNATURE
To better ensure that products make it to their intended recipient, FedEx requires orders of $200 or more USD to be signed for upon delivery.
We are unable to make exceptions or appeal to FedEx on your behalf. If you have further questions about this policy, please refer to FedEx’s policy here.
Returned Orders
If FedEx cannot complete delivery due to address typos, service disruptions, or other issues, they will return the order to us. Please notify us at support@thesupplementhaven.com immediately if this is the case. Once we receive your message, we will arrange a resolution, which will be dependent upon the circumstances.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Orders
We are pleased to offer Package Protection Insurance via Route.
This optional service can help you get a refund or replacement if your order is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. Coverage is not available in all countries or situations. See the policy summary here. Terms and Conditions apply.
To opt in to Route Package Protection, head to checkout. Locate the Route toggle (bottom of page) and toggle it to ON. Note that the service fee will be automatically added to your total. Complete your order, then check your email for coverage confirmation.
Route Package Protection is auto-selected for some orders. To opt out, simply move the toggle to OFF during checkout.

Regulations are different in every country, and though they change often, we do our best to keep up with them and update your store as soon as we know of a new restriction. We try not to ship products that are restricted in your country to prevent you from losing out on the item and money, however the responsibility falls on you, the customer, to ensure the products ordered are not seized by customs.
